NART and CO is led by Ritika R. Tantia, a Chartered Accountant in practice, working from Kolkata with clients across India. Her focus is government subsidy and incentive advisory for MSMEs — identifying which schemes a business actually qualifies for, and getting the application through — alongside the tax and compliance work that sits around it.

Who we work with
Most people who come to us arrive with something specific and time-bound — a GST notice with a reply deadline, a machinery purchase they want to fund, a registration that has to be in place before a contract is signed. Our clients are largely owner-run manufacturing and food processing units, service businesses, early-stage startups and NGOs, spread across India rather than concentrated in one city.
Where we are
The practice is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, and works with clients across India. Most engagements run over phone, WhatsApp and email, so distance is rarely a constraint.
